These classes combine stretching, breathing, and relaxation exercises to help improve muscle tone, aid in stress management, and promote a sense of well-being.

While living with cancer, inner resources are often depleted. Join energy healer Afie Lattimer as she provides information, insights, and exercises to increase a sense of inner peace and personal empowerment.
Wednesdays, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
Jill Studley, Certified Pilates Instructor, leads this class for breast cancer survivors with the assistance of Ann Hallman. Healthy lifestyle and positive body image are part of the experience as participants are challenged to regain strength and mobility.
Fridays, 10 - 11 a.m.
Kathryn Winsberg, with 42 years of knitting experience and endless patience, leads this weekly group. In addition to knitting, lovers of all forms of stitch craft and handiwork are welcome to attend. Experience is not required.

May Benatar, PhD, LCSW-C leads this weekly group. Modern science has confirmed that a meditation practice actually changes the brain, strengthens immunity, reduces anxiety, and lowers blood pressure. Join May and learn the skill that once acquired will benefit you in mind, body and spirit.
Fridays 2—3 p.m.
Relax and strengthen your body, calm your mind and relieve stress. Louise Liu will guide you through the ancient practice of Qigong with easy to learn therapeutic techniques that can be done standing, sitting or using a chair for balance and stability.
3rd Tuesday of each month, 1:30 - 3 p.m.
With the healing sound vibration of a live harp as background and a cup of tea at hand, expressive arts facilitator Michele McCarthy will help tap into your creativity, increasing self expression while reducing stress. Expect to have fun with paint and pastels.
1st Thursday of each month, 11 a.m. - Noon
Hypnosis has been shown to decrease pain, anxiety and stress as well as other symptoms related to cancer treatment. Certified hypnotherapist Don Pelles will teach self-hypnosis techniques that will assist in the management of these symptoms.
2nd Thursday of each month, 11a.m. - Noon
Reiki Master Susan Kilborn provides an understanding of the principles of Reiki and techniques for individuals to achieve healing effects through self-treatment.
3rd Thursday of each month, 11:00 a.m. - Noon
Lynne Shaner, advanced EFT practitioner, will provide instruction in EFT to help manage and reduce stress and pain, on both the physical and emotional level.
4th Thursday of each month, 11 a.m. — noon.
Join modern dance instructor Marcia Kraft as she puts on the music and leads you in movements sure to enliven your spirit and feed your soul.
