These classes combine stretching, breathing, and relaxation exercises to help improve muscle tone, aid in stress management, and promote a sense of well-being.
Tuesdays, 10 - 11 a.m.
While living with cancer, inner resources are often depleted. Join energy healer Afie Lattimer as she provides information, insights, and exercises to increase a sense of inner peace and personal empowerment.
Wednesdays, 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.
Jill Studley, Certified Pilates Instructor, leads this class for breast cancer survivors with the assistance of Ann Hallman. Healthy lifestyle and positive body image are part of the experience as participants are challenged to regain strength and mobility.
Thursdays, 6 - 8 p.m.
Creativity is the immune system that keeps your soul healthy. Take a short break from the work and worry of dealing with cancer. Writer and artist Susan Silk will show you ways to engage your creative mind. Learn to do Zentangle, writing from the heart, sketching and creative journaling. No artistic talent is required; it's about the process not the product.
Thursdays, 6:30—7:30 p.m.
Kym Sevilla, E-RYT, AHFS, CET, leads this class moving from warm-up to supervised strengthening and stabilization exercise, and concluding with stretching and centering activity. All participants will be encouraged to work out at a personally appropriate level. Please wear athletic shoes and loose clothing.

Kathryn Winsberg, with 42 years of knitting experience and endless patience, leads this weekly group. In addition to knitting, lovers of all forms of stitch craft and handiwork are welcome to attend. Experience is not required.

Starting again on October 4. Relax and strengthen your body, calm your mind and relieve stress. Louise Liu will guide you through the ancient practice of Qigong with easy to learn therapeutic techniques that can be done standing, sitting or using a chair for balance and stability.
2nd and 4th Thursday of each month, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Let your body relax and your mind experience tranquility. Led by Larry Bricker, M.Ed. & Reiki Master and Teacher, learn and practice techniques to minimize pain, reduce stress and increase feelings of wellness. Methods used include visual imagery, progressive relaxation, Reiki, energy healing and meditation.
1st Thursday of each month, 11 a.m. - Noon
Hypnosis has been shown to decrease pain, anxiety and stress as well as other symptoms related to cancer treatment. Certified hypnotherapist Don Pelles will teach self-hypnosis techniques that will assist in the management of these symptoms.
2nd Thursday of each month, 11a.m. - Noon
Reiki Master Susan Kilborn provides an understanding of the principles of Reiki and techniques for individuals to achieve healing effects through self-treatment.
3rd Thursday of each month, 11:00 a.m. - Noon
Lynne Shaner, advanced EFT practitioner, will provide instruction in EFT to help manage and reduce stress and pain, on both the physical and emotional level.
4th Thursday of each month, 11 a.m. - Noon
Marci Kranz, licensed acupuncturist and movement therapist will facilitatte this class utilizing various modalities to improve mind body integration and awareness resulting in stress reduction.
